At Shwsh Tribe, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
- You may return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Some products, such as intimate apparel or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for any such restrictions.
2. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please contact us first at privacy@shwsh.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your returned item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at privacy@shwsh.co.za with photos of the issue.
- We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain health and personal care items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
